Mike Roman is a Trump political operative who played a key role in coordinating the fake electors scheme after the 2020 election. As director of Election Day operations in 2020, he oversaw networks of poll watchers and was deeply involved in efforts to overturn Trump's loss.
The Case
Roman was never federally charged or convicted, but he received a preemptive federal pardon from President Trump in November 2025 as part of a batch of 77 pardons for allies involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
